Great trip, minor issue with booking
We just returned from a week at a TAFER resort in Los Cabos. The booking process online was straightforward, though I did have a question about combining a spa credit with our anniversary special, and customer support on the phone was helpful, getting it sorted out quickly. Our oceanfront villa was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Delivery of room service was always prompt. The kids club activities kept the little ones entertained, which was a huge plus. The only minor hiccup was that our airport transfer wasn't immediately confirmed after booking, but a quick call resolved it. Overall, a really positive experience and I'd consider them again.
Smooth booking, nice resort
Booked a family suite for summer vacation. Website was easy to use. Resort in Cancun was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. Check-in was fast. No issues with anything.
Absolutely fantastic honeymoon package!
Our honeymoon package at the Cancun resort was incredible! Everything from the luxury suite to the gourmet dining was perfect. We even got a couples spa treatment which was so relaxing after a day of water sports. I'm already planning our next anniversary trip and telling all my friends about TAFER Hotels & Resorts. Can't wait to go back!
Good value on all-inclusive deal
I booked an all-inclusive resort package for Puerto Vallarta during a seasonal escape offer. Got about 30% off the standard rate which felt like a really good deal for what we got. The flight and hotel bundle made it super convenient. Worth the price for sure, considering all the amenities included.
Decent stay, a few things to note
I stayed at one of their properties in Puerto Vallarta with a group booking discount. The resort was very well-maintained, and the infinity pool access was a highlight. Concierge services were generally helpful. However, I noticed that the fitness center access hours were a bit limited for early risers, which was a small downside. Also, while the gourmet dining was good, some of the wine tasting sessions felt a little overpriced compared to the overall package value. But for the most part, it was a relaxing trip, and the overall experience was positive.
